At Pawsy, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Return Conditions
- The item must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
- The item must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.
- Once we’ve received and inspected your return, you will receive a confirmation, and the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Custom or personalized items
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, you will receive an email confirmation. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
